Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, cash, or check. Payment is due and charged at time of delivery. Extra days will be charged at the end of your rental period. HSA/FSA cards accepted if branded with Visa, Mastercard, etc.
INSURANCE: Face Down Medical Equipment, LLC (FDME) and your physician's office will supply you with receipts and documentation for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. FDME equipment is listed as durable medical equipment for most insurance coding.
